When you receive your keyboard, it will use the default layout.
If you want to change it, there are multiple ways to do it.
Using Vial
The easiest way to customize your keymap is to use Vial, a graphical interface.
Download vial and connect your keyboard.
If nothing happens, you might need to flash a vial image on your keyboard, you can grab the right one here:

Using QMK
- Clone https://github.com/qmk/qmk_firmware
- Go into the folder keyboards/bastardkb/tbk/keymaps or tbkmini/keymaps
- Make the appropriate changes to the layout
- Compile and flash
Using QMK Online Configurator
- Use https://config.qmk.fm
- You can select the tbk or tbkmini keyboard
- Make any appropriate changes to the layout
- Compile and flash
